What’s on at Lilienblum

Lilienblum

Lilienblum, grown-up sister to global cult pita sensation Miznon, and one of London’s most exciting restaurants is gearing up for summer with a new menu and the opening of its rosé terrace in collaboration with English vineyard, Bolney Wine Estate, East Sussex.

Never boring, Lilienblum is designed for convivial dining where more is more, and where abundance and generosity prevail.

As one would expect from culinary genius chef Eyal Shani, dishes are eccentric, exciting and playful. And with the garden courtyard now open, diners have the perfect suntrap in which to enjoy Eyal’s unique and vibrant dishes whilst sipping on the new Bolney English Vines rosé, currently exclusive to Lilienblum.

Signatures such as the Best Hummus Plate You’ll Ever Eat and Sabich 2.0 remain alongside new summer arrivals of Charred Spears of British AsparagusRed Mullet with chopped salad; Calamari Handkerchiefs and Welsh Roasted Lamb Loin. Desserts are no afterthought with a heavenly Chocolate Mousse and Salted Butter Cookie35 layers of Pistachio Baklava; or a Very Tart’ Rhubarb.

For time poor business lunches, the Express menu offers three courses and a thirst-quenching gazoz from £28pp Tuesday to Friday whilst those heading out after work can enjoy three snacks for £25 alongside the margarita of the day, served with complimentary dips and focaccia, for just £7 – seriously what are you waiting for?

The rosé terrace showcases the award-winning wines of the Bolney Estate. Alongside the new English Vines rosé, there’s the sparkling Classic Cuvée and Pinot Noir, served by the glass and the bottle, chosen to complement Lilienblums’ flavourful dishes.

For those wanting to catch all the exuberant action of the restaurant, pull up a stool at the kitchen counter where the chefs are on hand to engage and chat all things food whilst large groups can take advantage of a truly immersive and theatrical dining experience on request. Private hire of the venue is also available for special celebrations and events.

Ideal for leisurely lunches, post-work catch ups, or family feasting, the restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday* from lunch (12pm-3pm) through to dinner (5pm-11.30pm). To book, please visit: https://www.lilienblum.co.uk/
