And the good news is that because collagen is produced naturally within the body, the body reacts to it well. But if there are any side effects, it is usually a result of people taking too much collagen.

“While taking a large amount of collagen is unlikely to cause significant harm, it may trigger a feeling of bloating or heaviness, which can be uncomfortable. A supplement subscription service is a great way of monitoring your intake to make sure you never exceed the recommended daily dose.
