Korean Grill Kensington, renowned one and only Korean grill restaurant in Kensington is excited to celebrate its 1st-year of grilling! The milestone is marked by the luxurious Korean restaurant being awarded OpenTable “Best From Diners” accolade and is hailed as one of the best restaurants, 2024!

The elegant Kensington restaurant celebrated with a buzzing first birthday dinner on Wednesday 11th September, an opulent Korean Feast Menu was served to guests, flowing fruity soju including strawberry, grapefruit and grape flavours. The sit-down celebration included a mouthwatering tapestry of traditional Korean culinary traditions, featuring seasonal specialties, salads, kimchi and premium cuts of meat, each perfectly paired with KGK’s signature sauces and cooked to perfection on the interactive tabletop grill by the skilled waitstaff. No one left hungry!

No party is complete without cake, partygoers were treated to an impressive three-tier chocolate ganache delight beautifully decorated with racing green icing and gold leaf flowers to compliment the restaurants unique interior décor and impressive design.

Toast cheers to a year of KGK with a traditional Korean soju toast.  The team at KGK love nothing more serving delicious soju in fruity flavours to complement the impressive food menu.  KGK is now serving the best value and quality soju in London restaurants.  Soju is Korea’s most iconic spirit and is nations most consumed alcohol, the average Korean downs 53 bottles of soju a year.  Mostly served neat and tastes like easy to sip Vodka, traditionally, soju is fermented white rice with a crisp flavour, a little apple, and sometimes a touch of burnt rice.  Soju is conventionally served chilled in shot glasses, which you can shoot or sip.

To celebrate KGK’s first birthday, the restaurant is gifting a complimentary bottle of premium Soju to every booking!*

KGK has launched a brand-new Autumn / Winter menu, a celebration of Korean culinary traditions, featuring ‘sang cha lim’, an array of seasonal specialties.  Highlights include namul, bibim noodles, jeon, japchee, yuzu salad, and an assortment of two unique kimchis and top-quality cuts of meat.

KGK elevates the dining experience with in-built tabletop grills at each table, allowing guests to indulge in grilling in a traditional Korean BBQ setting.  The Autumn menu boasts an array of premium cuts such as the KGK cut of the day, roast oxtail, anchangsal, and king kalbi, each perfectly paired with KGK’s signature sauces and cooked to perfection at your table.
