Dalloway Terrace Blossoms into a Spring Haven

Dalloway Terrrace

As the capital gears up for the arrival of warmer weather and sunnier days, Dalloway Terrace has shed its winter coat to reveal an uplifting, spring-inspired haven.

This vibrant display is the prelude for a series of upcoming events dedicated to celebrating the accompaniments of women. Proudly owned, managed, and powered by women, The Bloomsbury Hotel will honour the influential women within its community through a lineup of immersive events hosted on Dalloway Terrace.

Dalloway Terrace

The transformation, beautifully executed by Princess & Ko, includes a mood-boosting blend of fresh, seasonal green foliage and quintessentially British botanicals intertwined with the bright yellow mimosa flowers. As we move into the warmer months, the yellow colour of sunshine is set to bring positive feelings of joy, happiness, and hope for all guests visiting the terrace.

The menus have also had a spring clean with the addition of a selection of rosé-Inspired cocktails that celebrate some of the very best French female actresses who have graced our screens with their allure, glamour and femininity over the years. The Brigitte Spritz, inspired by singer, actress and activist Brigitte Bardot, is vibrant and fruity with flavours that take you on a journey through the Mediterranean; the beautifully aromatic Isabelle Rossini features Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé and English strawberries; The French Pearl is a floral, crisp and refreshing cocktail inspired by Catherine Deneuve; and the light but powerful La Bagarre, is a nod to Amanda Lear who made disco intellectual.

Dishes on the all-day menu include starters of Venison Carpaccio with parsnip crisps and truffle & pecorino dressing, and Sherry and smoked paprika cured monkfish with orange jam and pickle kohlrabi; whilst mains include the likes of Portland crab linguine with datterini tomatoes, chilli and lemon; and Thai green vegetable curry with sweet potatoes, bok choi, baby corn and steamed Jasmine rice. Dalloway’s iconic afternoon tea (£55 per person or £70 with a glass of Champagne), is stacked high with delicate finger sandwiches, freshly-baked, fluffy scones and decadent sweet treats.
